Reverend V.C. Crawford


Pastor V. Cedric Crawford is a native of Winston Salem, North Carolina and is called by God to pastor the White Rock Missionary Baptist Church in Winston Salem. Pastor Crawford’s initial administration as pastor began at White Rock on April 20, 1991. The church voted him in as their shepherd after interviewing several other preachers. Before being called to pastor, he acted as ministry as an ordained deacon, licensed minister, and Superintendent of Sunday school.  Pastor Crawford is a Shaw University Alumni who graduated Cum Laude with a B. A. Degree in Religion, Theology and Sociology. He is married to Minister Brenda Dobson Crawford. The couple has three children and six grandchildren. Pastor Crawford is a compassionate, powerful, and avid teacher and pastor. His teaching ministry is based on: The Holy Bible, the fundamental biblical truths, doctrines of the Holy Scriptures as the pure word of God, and the belief that for every follower of Christ, God’s statutes and commandments are the only format and formula for successful righteous living.  Pastor Crawford believes that the application of God’s word in a Christian’s life leads to the transformation of the body of Christ. Pastor Crawford’s mission for the church is to “bring the lost out of the world and into the church.”
